For damaged, incorrect or unwanted items, email us with your order number and details before sending anything back. Return eligibility and any proposed remedy must be confirmed for your request. Include photographs for damaged or incorrect items.

Refunds

A refund or replacement is not automatic on request. Eligibility, return conditions and any return shipping costs must be confirmed before you send an item back. This does not limit rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
