How shipping works

Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. You'll see the available delivery methods, their prices, and your full order total before any payment is taken — nothing is charged until you confirm.

Delivery timing

Delivery estimates are shown at checkout when provided by the available shipping option. Timing depends on your destination and chosen option; arrival before December 1st is not guaranteed.

Order confirmation & tracking

After you place an order, you'll receive a confirmation email. When your order ships, tracking information is sent to the same email address where available.
